21st World Games is over!

The 21st edition of the FIIC Intercrosse World Games was held in Szombathely, Hungary, July 7 - 12, 2009.

77 players were divided into eight teams playing a two-step round-robin tournament with finals crowning the Orange team as champions.

8th Edition of Penguin Of The Year

The closing ceremony of the 21st FIIC Intercrosse World Games in Szombathely, Hungary, hosted the eighth edition of the Penguin Of The Year award ceremony was held as tradition.

This year's ceremony started off with the presentation of an honorary Penguin award presented to the former president of the FIIC Floriana Cotnoir Ranno, ItalyItaly, for her dedication and hard work with development of intercrosse internationally over the past 25 years.

This year's grand award was given to Christian "Kiki" Treis from GermanyGermany.

In addition to the grand prize, the following minor awards were presented;

Clumsy Penguin Of The Year: Birk Berger, GermanyGermany
Naughty Penguin Of The Year:
