The sixth edition of the Penguin Of The Year award was presented at the closing ceremony of the World Games in Germany on July 28, 2007.

For the second time, the grand prize went to a woman; Tereza Koubová from Czech Republic.
Tereza was without a doubt the player with the best "Penguin spirit".
