Moments: Stick handling: Holding the cross
 
Description:

Spread out.
One cross per player.
Jog around freely holding the cross correctly.

Versions:

  1. Each player keeps a ball in the cross.
  2. On signal, change grips (high / medium / low grip) or sides (right- / left-handed).
 
Notes:
  • Make sure the grip is correct.
