Stick handling: Holding the cross
Description:
Spread out.
One cross per player.
Jog around freely holding the cross correctly.
Versions:
Each player keeps a ball in the cross.
On signal, change grips (high / medium / low grip) or sides (right- / left-handed).
Notes:
Make sure the grip is correct.
